“Normally I would need ~10 mins for one email to export in Klaviyo. Now I just need a few clicks and everything fits. The new feature that I can send from one Figma file to multiple Klaviyo accounts saves even more time.”

The slow part isn't designing the email

It's the handoff.

01

Slice the frame in Figma.

Export each section manually. One mistake and you start over.

02

Compress and upload every slice.

One image at a time. Paste, label, size, repeat twelve times.

03

Rebuild the layout in Klaviyo.

Then the client changes one thing, and you do all of it again.

How it works

Three steps. One click each.

Step 1

Select your Figma email

Pick the frame you already finished. Nothing to prepare, rename, or restructure first.

Step 2

Scan and review the sections

Figaviyo finds the sections for you. Drag any edge to adjust one before you ship it.

Klaviyo
Step 3

Push it to Klaviyo

Slices, compresses, uploads. A link to the new Klaviyo template lands in the plugin.

From finished Figma design to Klaviyo template in a few clicks.

Two ways to ship

One Figma plugin. Two Klaviyo workflows.

Image sections when you want Klaviyo flexibility. Responsive HTML when you just want to ship.

Mode 1

Image sections

Your design becomes separate Klaviyo image sections.

  • Best for flexible Klaviyo building
  • Separate clickable regions
  • Rearrange and add Klaviyo blocks

Text and buttons inside the exported images are not directly editable.

Mode 2

Responsive HTML

Your design becomes responsive HTML, ready to send.

  • Best for finished designs
  • Responsive output
  • Code editable in Klaviyo

Opens in Klaviyo's code editor rather than the drag-and-drop builder.

Both modes are on every plan, including Free. Switch whenever you want.

For agencies

One Figma file. Multiple Klaviyo accounts.

Save multiple Klaviyo accounts, choose the client you're working on, and push the same Figma workflow without repeatedly reconnecting accounts.

Each account is added once and picked from a list at export time. Unlimited accounts on every paid plan.

What's inside

Everything the handoff needed.

And nothing it didn't.

Automatic section detection

Figaviyo detects the sections of your email so you don't have to slice them manually. Adjust any region before you ship.

Handle the entire handoff inside Figma

Scan, adjust, compress, and push without manually exporting files or rebuilding the email.

Alt text handled automatically

Generate alt text for exported image sections without writing each one manually. Overwrite anything you want to.

Email-ready image compression

Images are optimized before they reach Klaviyo, removing another manual step from the handoff. Exported at 2x so they stay sharp on retina screens.

Multi-brand ready

Add each Klaviyo workspace as its own brand — name it, paste its key once. Pick which brand an export goes to with a click, no re-pasting keys.

Native Klaviyo templates

Exports arrive as real Klaviyo templates, not pasted screenshots. Image mode opens in the drag-and-drop builder, HTML mode in the code editor.

Who it's for

Built for people who ship emails every week.

Email designers

Finish the design without becoming the production department. You already finished the email in Figma. Figaviyo handles the repetitive part after design: slicing, compression, alt text, upload and Klaviyo assembly.

Questions

Things people ask before signing up.

Image mode turns your design into separate Klaviyo image sections. Each one can have its own link, and you can rearrange them or mix in other Klaviyo blocks afterwards. The trade-off is that text and buttons inside those images are not directly editable. HTML mode exports the whole design as responsive HTML that arrives essentially ready to send and can still be edited in Klaviyo's code editor. Both modes are on every plan.
Yes, but what you can change depends on the mode. In image mode you can reorder sections, set links, and add Klaviyo blocks around them, though the text baked into each image is fixed. In HTML mode you can edit the code directly in Klaviyo. For a text change to the design itself, edit it in Figma and push again.
Update the file, scan again, and push. Every push creates a fresh Klaviyo template rather than overwriting the last one, so your previous version stays intact and you keep a version history without doing anything.
Yes. Save each Klaviyo workspace as its own brand, then pick which one an export goes to. You add each key once and never re-paste it. Every paid plan includes unlimited brands, so the number of client accounts you manage never decides which plan you need. Free is limited to one brand.
Yes. Members of the same company or team can install the plugin and sign in with the same Figaviyo account, each from their own Figma login, and all be signed in at the same time. Plan limits apply across the account, so the monthly export allowance is shared. Each person adds the Klaviyo key once on their own machine.
On your own device, in Figma's plugin storage. When you export, the key is sent with that request so we can upload to Klaviyo for you, and it is not saved afterwards. The one thing we do keep is a salted one-way hash of it, which cannot be reversed into the key and exists only to stop a single Klaviyo account being used to farm multiple free plans.
One click on "Push to Klaviyo," whether you use HTML mode or image mode. Sections within a single email don't count separately.
Unlimited means you don't need to count uploads or worry about hitting a cap during normal use. We reserve the right to contact users with extreme usage patterns (typically 500+ uploads per month) to discuss their workflow. In practice, most users send 20–100 emails per month, so this rarely applies.
You wait until next month — your limit resets automatically on the 1st. Or you can upgrade anytime to continue immediately.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
We don't — because you don't need one. The Free plan lets you fully test the plugin (both export modes, AI features, and your Klaviyo connection) before paying anything. Upgrade only when you're confident it fits your workflow. You can cancel a paid plan anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. HTML and image-sliced modes work on every plan, including Free.
